Your budget is a small file you can save anytime from My Money Hub. Keep it on your phone, in Google Drive, iCloud or Dropbox, or email it to yourself. If you switch phones or clear your browser, restore it and pick up right where you left off.
The first section asks about your income. Enter what you bring home after taxes. If it changes month to month, just estimate. You can always adjust later.
There is no wrong way to start. The hardest part is the first time you look at your numbers. After that, it gets easier every single time.
